For this project, Z Brothers Inc. transformed an outdated storefront into a modern sneaker retail store. Our team managed the entire process from start to finish, including handling all required permitting and coordination with L&I to ensure the project was approved and executed efficiently. Once permits were secured, we completed a full interior demolition, reframed the space using metal studs, and installed new drywall, followed by a complete paint finish. The remodel also included a new HVAC system, upgraded lighting throughout the space, new flooring installation, and the build-out of custom display fixtures tailored to showcase the client’s merchandise. The result is a clean, functional, and contemporary retail environment designed to support both aesthetics and customer experience.
