This project involved the complete transformation of an abandoned single-family home into a fully legal, modern two-unit duplex. Z Brothers Inc. handled the project from start to finish, beginning with a full interior gut and structural reconfiguration, followed by all mechanical, structural, and cosmetic upgrades required to create two separate residences. Each unit was designed with two bedrooms and one bathroom, with the first-floor unit featuring a fully finished basement and an additional half bath. Beyond construction, we managed the entire legal conversion process, including permit acquisition, coordination with licensed architects and engineers, and proper submission of all documentation to local licensing and inspection authorities.
